Who we are

about us

Our mission is to enhance the health of senior leaders within an organisation, which in turn aims to improve the health of the organisation as a whole.

We educate women on how to enact positive change in their own health—without adding to their to do list—and teach ways to normalise conversations in the workplace about women’s health and the deep emotional and physical impacts these have.

Founded by well-known thought leaders in women’s health, Amanda Haberecht and Kate O’Flynn, The Eighth Space hosts innovative training programs that are designed to support senior leaders to better understand how to cultivate great health and wellness within themselves, and their teams.

Who we are

Through years of study and practice we are cognisant of the physiological and mental drivers that can create a lasting and sometimes permanent, impact on women’s health. Amanda and Kate translate the current evidence-based research confirming that health consequences do not necessarily come from the load we carry, but the ability to identify and manage those stressors.
