The Founders

Amanda Haberecht

Amanda is an experienced and respected clinician and the Principal Naturopath and Director of Darling Health Centre. Amanda has been in practice for over 25 years specialising in women’s health, fertility and autoimmune disease. A passionate clinician at heart, Amanda was motivated to create a multi-disciplinary clinic in Sydney’s Inner West offering a professional and integrative approach to health and wellbeing. Over the last 15 years, Darling Health Centre has become a leading natural medicine clinic in the treatment of fertility, pregnancy and family health.

Amanda utilises both conventional and complementary medical models to diagnose and provide her patients with personalised evidence-based nutritional protocols and advice. She has completed extensive training and is committed to the advancement of credible naturopathic research. Amanda is currently completing a Bachelor of Medicines Management with Professional Honours in Evidence Based Complimentary Medicine. Based on her extensive clinical experience, she has pioneered and developed the Mygen Health Fertility Formulas for men and women.

Amanda is a regular keynote speaker on women’s hormonal health, preconception and pregnancy care and presents insightful corporate wellbeing programs. Amanda’s passion lies in educating and guiding women to align their full selves and deepen their capacity to feel whole and connected.

Kate O’Flynn

A leading expert in women’s wellbeing and empowerment, Kate has been in clinical practice specialising in women’s health, hormones and stress management for over two decades. Driven by her passion to support and educate women; Kate’s has worked at both The Royal Hospital for Women (Randwick) and Genea IVF.

Practising as a Naturopathic Clinician, lifestyle medicine expert and more recently a Vedic meditation teacher, in her own clinic, Kate believes, the key to happiness and health lies in the interconnected nature of our true and whole selves.

In June 2020, Kate was Fellowed by the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine representing the highest level of expertise and peer recognition available for health professionals in the field of Lifestyle Medicine.

A regular keynote speaker and educator, Kate shares her extensive advanced trainings in her Corporate Wellbeing Programs, designed to enhance physical and mental wellbeing in busy workplace environments. Whether Kate is mentoring, consulting patients in private practice or speaking on stage, her core purpose is to inspire women to feel deeply connected to wellness and empower her to embody feminine wisdom.
